CHANGES IN LOCAL CALLING FOR MOBILE/BALDWIN/WASHINGTON COUNTIES : Effective April 16, 2007, The 12 cents per minute usage charges between the following exchanges will be eliminated and replaced with unlimited, flat-rate calling: Bay Minette to/from Mobile, and Bay Minette to/from Fairhope. In Mobile County, MT Vernon and Citronelle are added to each others local calling area and the Washington County McIntosh exchange and Mobile are added to each others local calling area. The BellSouth Eastern Shore exchanges of Spanish Fort and Daphne are served from Mobile and thus share in the Mobile local calling plan. |
